BitGamble (bitgamble.org) is an independent publication covering crypto casinos, gambling platforms and cryptocurrency trends. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit, why, and what control you have over it.
There are no user accounts on this site. You do not register, log in, or create a profile to read anything here. Most visitors are never asked for a single piece of personal information.
1. Information collected automatically
Like virtually every website, BitGamble receives certain technical information whenever a page is requested. This happens through our hosting, our CDN and our analytics provider:
- IP address — used to deliver the page, protect against abuse, and determine your country so we can show whether a reviewed casino accepts players from your location.
- Device and browser information — browser type and version, operating system, screen size, language.
- Usage information — pages viewed, time on page, the site or search engine that referred you, and approximate location (country/region level).
2. Information you actively provide
This only applies if you choose to interact:
- Comments — if you leave a comment, the email address and comment text you enter are stored, along with your IP address and browser user agent for spam prevention. An email address is all that is required to comment; we do not ask for your name. Your email address is never published or displayed.
- Ratings — if you rate a casino or article, your vote is recorded along with your IP address so the same rating cannot be submitted repeatedly.
- Email — if you contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, your real name, postal address, phone number, payment details or government identification. Comments are handled by WordPress on our own server — we do not use Disqus or any other third-party comment platform.

Browser storage (not a cookie)
If you use the play-to-earn watchlist to star games, the list is kept
in your browser's local storage under bg_p2e_watch. It holds nothing but the
numeric IDs of the games you starred. It never leaves your device and is never
sent to our server — the watchlist page reads it locally and then asks our own
site for those games' details. Clearing your browser data removes it.
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking
the bg_geo cookie simply means the country availability notice will not
appear; nothing else on the site depends on it.
4. Third parties that receive data
We keep these to a minimum, but the following services necessarily receive your IP address when a page loads, because your browser or our server contacts them directly:

We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels or data brokers on this site.
5. Affiliate links
BitGamble earns revenue through affiliate links. If you click through to a casino or platform we review and later sign up, we may receive a commission at no cost to you. Those links may pass a referral identifier to the destination site so the referral can be attributed.
Once you leave BitGamble, you are on someone else's website. The operator you land on collects its own data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Read it before registering or depositing.
Affiliate relationships do not determine our ratings or what we write. Reviews reflect our own assessment.
6. Why we process this information
- To deliver, secure and maintain the website.
- To understand which content is read, so we can improve it.
- To show accurate country-availability information on casino reviews.
- To prevent spam, vote manipulation and abuse.
- To respond to messages you send us.
7. How long it is kept
- Analytics data — retained by Google for up to 14 months in aggregate form.
- Comments and ratings — retained while the content remains published, unless you ask for removal.
- Server and security logs — typically 30 days.
- Emails you send us — kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights over your data:

Wherever you live, you can email us at admin@bitgamble.org to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, and we will do our best to help.
9. Age restriction
BitGamble covers gambling. It is intended for adults only — you must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and sits behind Cloudflare. We hold very little personal data in the first place, which is the most effective protection we can offer. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Our service providers, including Google and Cloudflare, operate globally. Your information may therefore be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Those providers rely on their own safeguards for such transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
